Windsor Drive Area Drainage Improvements to Start Soon

The Windsor Drive Drainage Improvements will begin this month, with construction expected to continue until July 2025. Construction includes storm sewer installation, watermain relocation, curb repair, and roadway resurfacing. The project limits extend to Anglican Lane, Canterbury Lane, Windsor Drive, Balzer Park Area, and Sommerset Lane. Memorial Day Commemoration

Please plan to join us for this popular hometown event as we remember fallen military and honor our veterans. In addition to the color guard and Daniel Wright Middle School band members, we are pleased to welcome our guest speaker Command Master Chief Christopher Swinney of the United States Navy. This event takes place at Spring Lake Park (49 Oxford Drive) on Monday, May 27 at 10:00 am.

 American Flag Retirement

At the close of our Memorial Day ceremony, Boy Scout Troop 78 will retire worn American flags. If you are replacing your American flag this spring, bring your flag for retirement to the Memorial Day commemoration. Flags can also be dropped off at Village Hall before the event.



Don't Miss Out - Register to Have Your Electronics Recycled Curbside - May 23 Deadline

Saturday, May 25 is the next curbside electronics collection. To participate, customers must register by Thursday, May 23, by visiting the LRS website and clicking ‚ÄúSchedule E-Waste Pickup‚ÄĚ. Please coordinate directly with LRS for the pickup; the Village cannot arrange the pickup on your behalf. Click HERE for more information.¬†





Building Safety Month - Week 3 Learning From the Pros

Week 3 of Building Safety Month shares a glimpse into the world of building safety professionals by outlining different roles and responsibilities, as well as spotlighting how building safety professionals make a difference in their communities.

There is Still Time to Participate in Lincolnshire Lenses Photo Contest

There is still time to submit your photos of Lincolnshire's beauty in the Lincolnshire Lenses Photo Contest. Pick from four categories including; buildings, nature/parks, neighborhoods, or Spirit of Lincolnshire. One photo per category per entrant is allowed (maximum of four submissions). Entrants must be residents, members of the Lincolnshire business community, or part of School Districts 103 or 125. Deadline for submissions is May 27 at 5 p.m.

Brief Guidelines (click HERE for full details):

  • Digital submissions only.

  • Photos must be taken after 2022, no alterations allowed.

  • Minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

  • All submissions must include release permission (and parent acknowledgment for those under 18).

  • Any photo with people must also include a signed model release by the pictured individuals.¬†

  • Photos must be taken in Lincolnshire, IL.

Winning photos, in each category, will be announced in Spring 2024, and will receive a $50 gift card to a Lincolnshire restaurant. For additional information, contact Yates McLaughlin at or 847-912-2331.
