The Village has six facilities that it currently owns and maintains:

A 27,000 s.f. Village Administrative and Public Safety Center at One Olde Half Day Road. Constructed in 1991, the Village Hall houses the operations of the Police Department and the Village Administrative Offices. A public meeting room and community room serve the needs of Village elected officials and resident groups.

A 24,300 s.f. Public Works Facility at 205 Schelter Road constructed in 1985, and expanded in 1998.

Spring Lake Park Pavilion constructed in 1998. This building has restrooms for park users and a warming area during the winter.

The North Park Maintenance Facility constructed in 2001. This building houses the equipment and material for maintaining North Park.

The North Park Concession/Restroom/ Warming Building. This building provides a covered picnic area and restrooms year around and serves as a warming facility during the winter months.
