Village of Lincolnshire Consolidated Election on April 4, 2023

The Village of Lincolnshire Clerk’s Office has packet information from the Lake County Clerk for April 4, 2023, Consolidated Election. Seats on the ballot for the Village of Lincolnshire are Mayor, Village Clerk, and three Village Trustee seats (five 4-year term seats). 


The following is general information on the election filing process:

September 20, 2022
The first day to circulate nomination papers. Petition forms may be picked up at the Village Hall, 1 Olde Half Day Road, Lincolnshire, during regular business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

December 12, 2022
The first day to file nomination papers with the local election official located at Village Hall, 1 Olde Half Day Road, Lincolnshire during regular business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If there should be more than one person in line at 8:30 a.m., a lottery will be held on December 20, 2022, at 9 a.m. to determine candidate placement on the ballot.

December 19, 2022
Last day to file nomination papers with the local election official located at Village Hall, 1 Olde Half Day Road, Lincolnshire, until 5 p.m. If there should be more than one person in line between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. on December 19, a lottery will be held December 20, 2022, at 9:10 a.m. to determine candidate placement on the ballot.

December 20, 2022
Simultaneous Filing Lotteries, if necessary, will be held in the Village Hall, 1 Olde Half Day Road, Lincolnshire, IL 60069 at 9 a.m.

December 27, 2022
The last day to file an objection with the local election official is at Village Hall, 1 Olde Half Day Road, Lincolnshire, IL 60069 until 5 p.m.
