Residents may elect to receive their utility bills electronically by enrolling in paperless billing. Enrollment is available through the following methods:
Option 1: Enrollment Form

Option 2: Online Payment Portal
Enroll in paperless billing during the online payment process after submitting a payment. Upon enrollment, future bills will be delivered electronically in place of paper statements.
