After more than 18 months of dedicated work, the Village is excited to announce the adoption of its new Comprehensive Plan. The Plan, crafted in collaboration with a community steering committee (which included local business owners), elected officials, and Teska Associates, Inc. (the Village’s consultant) sets the course for Lincolnshire’s future growth and development. The planning process involved significant public engagement, including community meetings, surveys, and workshops. The Plan outlines strategic goals for land use, transportation, economic development, housing, sustainability, and community facilities. Its purpose is to ensure Lincolnshire remains a vibrant, thriving community for residents and businesses alike.
